Please join us on Saturday, the 19th of July for a fun and informative cooking and wine pairing class. The class will be led by Laurie Gills of LB's Classic and Contemporary Cooking and will focus on dessert. As part of the class, you will learn how to prepare: Sweet Crepes with Pineapples and Caramel Goat Cream Chese & Seasonal Berry Parfait Tiramisu Pralines After they are made, each will be paired with a wine chosen by kybecca. This class is designed for both complete beginners and more experienced cooks alike. Participation is encouraged but not required if you would prefer to observe. Laurie will walk you through each step in the process so that after the class you'll be able to make these delicious desserts on your own.
Laurie has taught cooking classes all over the area and we are excited to have her teaching in our store. This is a great opportunity to learn more about cooking, each some delicious food and have an enjoyable Saturday afternoon. The cost is $50 per person and all materials are provided by kybecca and LB's Classic and Contemporary Cooking - you do not need to bring anything with you. Space is very limited so book early. Event begins promptly at 2pm and will last approximately 3 hours. |
