Thierry Puzelat is one of France's leaders in natural winemaking. No additives here - winemaking at its purest and most true. Cot is the local name in Touraine (Loire Valley) for Malbec. This wine is very different from the beefy Argentinian variety. Aromas and flavors of blueberry, smoked bacon, marmite, and brambly red fruit.
