A rich style Pinot Noir with a great depth of extract and texture, quite supple with a consistency of flavor from start to finish; this is a wine to savor. Superb purple color with violet reflections. This wine has a magnificent first nose, starting with red fruits, then moving into floral notes, and finishing with a touch of fresh leather. Perfect balance and harmony, it has no harshness in this silky, refined wine.
Harvest hand de-stemmed, No yeast or enzyme addition. Maceration: pre-fermentation, cold. Length of maceration: 20 days. Aged in barrels 14 months.
