Linden Cabernet Franc 2005
A wonderful, rich expression of this often undervalued grape; 88% Cabernet Franc and 12% Petit Verdot. It has aromas of ripe Bing cherries and strawberries with leafy and herbaceous notes. On the palate it has a Pinot Noir like texture, with flavors of bramble fruit, cured tobacco, and eucalyptus. We recommend pairing this beauty with lamb dishes. An unfiltered wine.
