Les Chemins de Bassac isa 2006
Grown organically in Southern France's Cotes De Thongue, this red is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Noir. If you have found French, organic reds to be thin and bitter in the past this wine is the antidote. It is meant to be a crowd pleaser with plenty of dark berry fruit, and a nice, substantial mouth-feel.
