Sulin Casorzo Vendemmia 2006 Malvasia Rosso
Made from a red skinned mutation of the Malvasia grape, the Sulin is a red wine that is hard to classify. Part dessert wine, red wine, and semi-sparkling wine (frizzante), this is a wine that will delight you and your guests. We like serving at the end of a meal accompanied by a dark chocolate treat. It is soft, and fruity with flavors of raspberry, and even a little grapey. It is the single vineyard version of the Voulet Casorzo.
