Not a sour ale, but Flemish nonetheless. From Dirk Naudts, one of Belgium's most highly regarded brewmasters, this beer is brewed using wild yeast. Very complex, the beer has a wonderful bouquet of flowers, orange, and clove. One the palate the beer is fruity and musky at the same time - truly a wild ale!
