A NV champagne grown from organic grapes and made biodynamically. The bubbles serve as a nice framework for the wine. The nose is fruity and floral, mouthfeel is round and rich and quite pleasing. A sensual and crisp champagne with hints of citrus. Excellent as an apertif or with shellfish. Made by one of the very few female producers in Champagne, Francoise Bedel. For Francoise the "Entre Ciel et Terre"
holds a special meaning, it was the first created from grapes grown
without chemicals or artificial fertilizers a symbol of her dedication
to wine as a harmonious expression of nature.
