Graham Beck Brut NV
A wonderful sparkler from South Africa made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Nice fruit on the nose and slight notes on the palate along with great yeasty aromas and a dry finish with masculine well rounded bubbles.
This sparkling wine always flies out of the store when we open it for a tasting. It also happens to have been served at Nelson Mandela\'s inauguration.
