Josef Leitz Rudesheimer Berg Schlossberg Riesling Spatlese
Josef Leitz has developed a reputation has one of Germany's best Riesling producers, and this single vineyard is a fine example of why. Intense aromas of flowers, ripe pear, peach, and a hint of mint. On the palate it is lush with ripe fruit, and some bortrytis honey coming through. The acidity is high and the alcohol low (7%), making this an excellent wine to have with spicy Asian food.
