Lassale is a small grower Champagne house that produces less than 6,000 cases a year. What they lack in quantity is more than made up for in quality. The Cachet d'Or Cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay (25%), Pinot Meunier (60%), and Pinot Noir (15%). It is rich and flavorful with a nose of apples and oranges.
