Achaval Ferrer Quimera
The Quimera is a blend of 40% old vine Malbec, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. The wine is aged in 95% French oak and 5% American oak, and is neither fined nor filtered to preserve flavor.
