Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA
Boiled and hops added for a full 2 hours, then dry hopped every day for a month and aged for a month on whole-leaf hops, this is one hoppy beer! At 20% ABV and a collossal 120 ibus this is probably the world's strongest IPA. Full-flavored and rich, but surprisingly not as bitter as you might think. Well balanced for such an intense beer, it's even better when left to age for a few years.
