Dupont Saison
Dupont is the classic example of the Saison style of ale. Saisons are a Belgian/French style that was traditionally brewed in the winter, left to age a few months and consumed in the summer. This Saison is earthy, medium-dry, and with moderate bitterness. Very enjoyable on its own, it also pairs remarkably well with food, especially cheese.
