Eric Bordelet Poire 'Granite' Cider
Think of this as Pear Champagne (if such a thing existed), and you will understand the quality of this cider. The pears lend a subtle sweetness but the acidity is high enough to make it crisp and clean. Very aromatic with notes of wildflower and even a little earthiness.
